We are excited to share with you the progress on the Patel family’s build. Divam and Komal Patel are building with Rawson Homes and are extremely happy with the speedy progress of the house so far. It’s been 3.5 months since the start of the build and already the frame, brickwork and roof are completed, with the pre-lining stage being the next major milestone for this exciting project. The Patel family are expecting to move into Newpark by September, and the couple said they are really looking forward to being “close to the future school and shopping Centre, having all amenities in one place and having the lake close to home”.
