The Neekhra family fell in love with Newpark the moment they saw it and can’t wait to fulfil their dream of building a brand new home.
“As soon as I saw Newpark I fell in love. There’s a nice balance between nature and housing, which is something different for Sydney. It’s very scenic and the Lake by Newpark is going to be absolutely amazing. When you see other developments like this there are so many lots on top of each other, almost to capacity. It’s all very congested, too crowded for me,” said Mr Neekhra.
“Newpark is growing and it’s the right place to move to. When you look for a house you look for a happy family - and that’s what I can find in Newpark,” added Mrs Neekhra.
