Divam added that he would definitely recommend Newpark estate to anyone looking to purchase in Sydney’s North West area.
“We bought our land last year in July and this July we did a land valuation report and we have already made $45,000 in 12 short months.”
The Patels can’t wait to move into their new home at Newpark and look forward to the open space, privacy, green views and an outlook towards the Blue Mountains. They will have all of this and the convenience of everything a city has to offer at their doorstep.
