Enjoy a taste of international cuisines at the Aussie Night Markets – a traveling food-truck carnival just around the corner from Newpark.
Held on the first Monday of every month at the Sydney Business Park in Marsden Park, the markets are a place to meet friends and sample magnificent foods from all over the world. Make it a regular family night out and try a different dish each time you visit.
Open from 5pm until late with a relaxed carnival-like atmosphere that the whole family will enjoy. There are jumping castles and rides for the kids, clothes and variety stalls for the shopaholics among us, and more food than you could poke a stick at – there’s something for everyone at Aussie Night Markets.
Make sure you leave room for at least 3 courses so you can graze your way across the varying food-stalls, sampling and sharing all the different cuisines. The hardest decision you’ll make all night is what to have for dessert, waffles or an ice-cream sandwich? Why not both?
